Health & fitness disclaimer

GymAI provides general fitness information and AI-generated suggestions — it is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. You train at your own risk.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions & Pro

GymAI offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier. Pro features and pricing will be announced at launch; waitlist members may receive early-access pricing. Billing terms will be presented clearly before any purchase.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don’t use GymAI for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

Your training data is yours. You grant us the limited permissions needed to operate the service (for example, processing your data to generate analytics and coaching).

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the changes.
